Christmas Day

What I'm wearing:

Okay so I'm so (not) sorry for the picture overload but since it's Christmas... it's allowed, okay?! If you can't guess from some of the pictures, I got a new camera for Christmas, YES. I got the Canon 1100d and I am SO happy with it. I knew I was going to get it as it was something I had asked for a few months prior so I literally could not wait until Christmas day to get my hands on it. I can assure you that there will be a TON of new outfit posts in the new year.
I won't go into all of my presents as I don't want to bore you all but I was also lucky enough to receive IT by Alexa Chung. I've scanned through it (Ha) and I have to say, it does look so inspiring but that could be just down to the fact that I find Alexa inspiring anyway, I do love a bit of the Chung (I highly doubt that anyone has said that - ever - cringing right now) and plus, how pretty does it look?

Anyway, all of that aside, I do hope you all had a lovely and fun filled Christmas with all of your loved ones. I for one hope the festive spirit continues into the new year, Christmas is just such a happy time for me and I hope it is for all you lovely people too. :)

*Sammydress Giveaway! CLOSED

I was contacted by the lovely people at Sammydress who asked whether I wanted to host a giveaway with them on my blog and of course I said yes! I think it's such a lovely opportunity and I'm sure that you'll all agree!

Sammydress.com is an online store that aims to provide a wide range of clothing and accessories at low, affordable prices. As a person who has visited their website many times and lusted after their items, I was very excited when they contacted me about this offer. The best thing about Sammydress? They ship worldwide.

I was asked to create a wishlist containing all of my favourite items from their website. I found this hard as there was SO much choice with the thousands of items that Sammydress stock but I managed to narrow it down to a few items that appeal to me the most and that I hope will the same to you.

What you will win:
There will be one winner who will chose one item from the wishlist above, this is what they will win. The winner is able to select a different colour and size of the item to what I have chosen to show on the wishlist. If you don't like any of the items featured in the wishlist then you are alternatively able to select one item from Sammydress of your choice as long as the price is under $25.

Rules:
1. Follow Sammydress's blog here
2. Like Sammydress's facebook here
3. Follow my blog on GFC and Bloglovin (leave your GFC name and Bloglovin name so I can check).
4. Leave a comment with the link of the product you would like to win with the size and colour you want (you can find the links to the featured products underneath the wishlist).

This giveaway closes on the 23rd January 2014 and it is open internationally, the price of shipping is included as part of the prize.

Good luck!

Lime Time | OOTD

I adore the colour of this jumper from h&m. It's such a lovely material too - neither too thick or thin... I also really like how it's kind of sheer, adding a black crop top underneath just adds definition to the lime jumper.

As soon as I laid eyes on these daisy shorts in Primark a few weeks back - I knew I just had to have them. They were exactly what I was looking for, fitting in with that whole 'dark florals' trend for autumn/winter. The design and flimsy material of the shorts makes them flow so nicely, so much so that I almost mistook them for a skirt at first glace.
I personally think that these shorts look like something that you'd expect to find in Topshop, especially with the sheer layer underneath the daisy pattern - very topshop-esque.
With them being from Primark however, the shorts were an amazing £10... I couldn't leave them at that price could I?! What's even more unbelievable is that I popped into Primark the other day and now they've gone down to an amazing £3... I mean IT'S £3?! If you happen to stumble upon these shorts with their ridiculously reduced price tag, I think it would be wise to snap them up while you can - there's no room for hesitation ay?

Wishlist | Missguided & Rare London

Missguided is just too good at the moment. Every time I browse their new in section, I add more things to my imaginary wishlist.
One trend I've been loving recently is sequins, hence the sequin flower crop top and rose gold sparkly dress featuring in this wishlist post (both of which I absolutely adore). In the past, I've always edged away from sequins because I thought they looked tacky and kind of cheap... though maybe that was just because I may have overdosed on them in my primary school years.
I've been eyeing up that black PVC skirt for awhile too - it's only £19.99 which is totally justifiable right?! I think so.

I love a good playsuit and with Rare London offering an exclusive blogger discount for you all to use when purchasing either a jumpsuit or playsuit, I thought it was only fitting to show you my picks out of their range

The discount code gives you 15% off all jumpsuits and playsuits on the Rare London online store.
It is only valid until the end of the December so use it now so you don't miss out!:
